The general objective of this action research project is to help increase women's access to and control over land and their involvement in decision-making for responsible, sustainable land governance, in the context of large-scale land acquisition in Senegal.

The general objective of this action research project is to help increase women's access to and control over land and their involvement in decision-making for responsible, sustainable land governance, in the context of large-scale land acquisition in Senegal.

Its objectives are to establish the conditions to improve women's access and control, as well as their involvement in decision-making for land issues in the context of large-scale land acquisition; develop tools and strategies that facilitate women's access to and control over land; and to make strategic and practical recommendations for the effective implementation of inclusive land governance policies and strategies that acknowledge women's roles in productive resource policies.
