Growth and Economic Opportunities for Women (GrOW) – East Africa spurs transformative change to advance gender equality in the world of work, with a focus on gender segregation, unpaid care, and women’s collective agency.

The Think Tank Initiative (TTI) was dedicated to strengthening the capacity of independent policy research institutions in the developing world. Launched in 2008 and managed by IDRC, TTI was a partnership between five donors. The program ended in 2019.

Open Data for Development (OD4D) is a global network committed to advancing the understanding, use, and impact of open data.

Our projects support high-quality research and innovation on open data ecosystems that are rooted in local contexts. We focus on projects that have the potential to spur social change, increase government transparency, and support the Sustainable Development Goals in the developing world and beyond.
