The project aims to analyze the real and potential contribution of inclusive business for the well-being of youth and women in Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and Kenya. After reviewing the practice of inclusive business in each target country, the research team will study its impact on the employment and entrepreneurship of youth and women. The study results will provide inspiration for the local private sector in its quest for business strategies likely to maximize the benefits for different stakeholders in the production process, including staff and suppliers, while ensuring the company's viability. The results will also provide useful insight to public authorities for implementing support systems that will include vulnerable groups in the production and/or distribution process.
