Scope
IDRC requests expressions of interest for evaluators to conduct an evaluation of IDRC and the Global Partnership for Education’s (GPE) Knowledge and Information Exchange (KIX) program.
The main purpose of this evaluation is to inform GPE’s Board of Governors as it approaches decisions about future support and directions for KIX.
Eligibility
- Must have experience evaluating research for development programs/initiatives that facilitate evidence generation and use.
- Must have experience working in education systems strengthening in low- and middle-income countries.
