Request number: ATI 2019-07
Summary: Consultation from the Treasury Board Secretariat. Provide all documents (memos, emails, letters) related to institutions currently using the offline ATIP systems transition to the online access to information or "ATIP" system. On the ATIP request website, it states ”between now and 2021, all institutions will move to the ATIP online request service” and specifically Canada Post seems to be further behind this process than other institutions. What I'm seeking is any information related to why that could be, this information could be memos explaining why, plans for the future, or any other documents that could help clarify Canada Post’s or any other currently offline transition to the new online system. Where records exist in both official languages, provide English version only. Provide final version or last available draft.
